safeguards that support real work and fair decisions
Nexora uses verification, written contracts, completed-job reviews and reporting to reduce avoidable risks. Every safeguard is explained below.
01 / 06
Verification
A badge is displayed only after the specific verification step has been completed, with an explanation of what the check covers.
A badge is only useful if people know what it means. On Nexora, each verification badge corresponds to a specific completed check, and the platform explains what that check covered and what it did not.
Step-specific badges
Each badge relates to one verification step, such as confirming contact details or reviewing a document.
Explained checks
Users can see what a badge covers, so it is never mistaken for a general endorsement.
Qualifications where required
Relevant qualifications or licences are required where a service needs them.
Controlled evidence
Verification material has a defined purpose, restricted access and a suitable retention period.
For clients
- See what each badge actually checked.
- Look for qualifications where the service needs them.
- Combine badges with completed-job reviews.
For freelancers
- Complete verification steps to show credibility.
- Provide licences where your service requires them.
- Know how your documents are handled.
02 / 06
Review integrity
Reviews are linked to completed jobs. No invented ratings, endorsements or activity.
Reviews only help when they are real. Every Nexora review is linked to a completed job between the reviewer and the reviewed user, and the platform does not create invented ratings, endorsements or activity.
Completed jobs only
A review can only be left after a job is completed on the platform.
No invented activity
Nexora does not publish fake ratings, testimonials or activity to look busier.
Both sides
Clients and freelancers both review the experience.
Moderation
Abusive or unlawful review content can be reported and is moderated under documented rules.
For clients
- Rely on reviews from real jobs.
- Leave honest, specific feedback.
- Report reviews that break the rules.
For freelancers
- Build a reputation from genuine work.
- Review clients fairly too.
- Report abusive reviews through the proper route.
03 / 06
Reporting & blocking
Routes to report suspicious accounts, abusive conduct, unlawful listings or disputed delivery.
Users need a clear way to raise problems. Nexora provides routes to report suspicious accounts, abusive conduct, unlawful listings or disputed delivery, and to block contact where needed.
Report accounts
Flag profiles that appear suspicious or misleading.
Report conduct
Report abusive messages or behaviour.
Report listings
Flag jobs or services that appear unlawful or against platform rules.
Trust & safety review
Reports are reviewed by the trust and safety function and acted on under published policy.

- Block unwanted contact.
- Raise disputed delivery through the dispute process.
For freelancers

04 / 06
Payment transparency
The agreed fee and approved payment route are shown. An internal database status is never labelled as escrow.
Nexora is clear about how payments work. The agreed value, the 5% fee and the approved payment route are shown before commitment. In the initial phase, payment confirmation may be manual, and it is disclosed as such.
Fee shown up front
5% of the completed job value, deducted from the freelancer's earnings. No client fee at launch.
Approved route
The payment route for each job is stated in advance.
No false escrow
Manual confirmation is never presented as a licensed escrow or custody service.
No stored card details
Payment-card details are not stored by Nexora.
For clients
- Know the full cost before you agree.
- Use the approved payment route.
- Understand how payment is confirmed.
For freelancers
- See your take-home amount in advance.
- Know how and when payment is confirmed.
- Payment-provider charges are stated separately.
05 / 06
Dispute resolution
Receive, review, decide and escalate: a recorded process for fair decisions.
When a job goes wrong, both sides deserve a fair hearing. Nexora handles disputes in four recorded steps, using the agreement, messages and delivery evidence rather than opinion.
Receive
Record the issue, contract, delivery evidence and requested outcome.
Review
Hear both parties and assess the agreed scope, messages and submitted work.
Decide
Explain the decision, record the rationale and apply the platform terms consistently.
Escalate
Provide a review route under the published policy and record any follow-up action.
For clients
- Raise a dispute with your evidence.
- Be heard before a decision.
- Request a review if you disagree.
For freelancers
- Present your delivery evidence.
- Receive a reasoned decision.
- Use the escalation route if needed.

Information & privacy
Collect what is necessary, explain its use and protect it throughout the service.
Profiles, proposals, messages, contracts and delivery records contain information that needs clear access rules. Nexora's approach is to collect what is necessary, explain its use and protect it throughout its lifecycle.
Public profiles
Visibility is clear, and unnecessary publication of personal information is discouraged.
Messages and contracts
Access is limited to the parties involved and authorised personnel handling an issue.
Verification material
Defined purpose, restricted access and a suitable retention period.
Account records
Request, correction and closure procedures are provided.
For clients
- Share only what the job needs.
- Know who can see your messages.
- Request correction or closure of your account.
For freelancers
- Control what your public profile shows.
- Know how verification documents are handled.
- Request correction or closure of your account.
