Our marketplace model
from a real need to an agreed result
Nexora combines discovery, agreement, delivery and feedback. Each stage leaves a clear record so that clients know what they are buying and freelancers know what they are expected to deliver.
01 / 05
Discover
Clients post a job, budget and deadline. Freelancers build a profile and find relevant jobs.
Every job starts with a real need. In the Discover stage the client describes the work clearly, and freelancers make their skills visible so the right people can find each other.
A useful job brief
State the objective, deliverables, budget, deadline, location and any materials or access required.
A clear profile
Freelancers show skills, experience, languages, availability and work they have the right to share.
The right category
Jobs are placed in a category so that relevant freelancers can find them.
Honest information
Profiles and briefs avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
For clients
- Post a job with budget and deadline.
- Describe deliverables, not just a title.
- Mention location and any access needed.
For freelancers
- Build a profile that reflects real skills.
- Browse jobs in your categories.
- Disclose limits or conflicts before applying.
02 / 05
Compare
Clients review proposals, skills and portfolios. Freelancers explain approach, price and availability.
In the Compare stage clients receive proposals they can actually compare: the approach, relevant experience, price, timeline and assumptions are stated in a consistent way.
Structured proposals
Each proposal explains the approach, proposed price, timeline and assumptions.
Relevant evidence
Clients review skills, portfolios and completed-job reviews, not just the lowest price.
Questions before commitment
Both sides can clarify the brief before anything is agreed.
Fee visibility
The 5% completed-job fee is shown, so the freelancer's take-home amount is clear.
For clients
- Compare approach and timeline, not only price.
- Check reviews linked to completed jobs.
- Ask questions before choosing.
For freelancers
- Explain how you will do the work.
- Be specific about price and availability.
- State your assumptions clearly.
03 / 05
Agree
Clients accept scope, milestones and dates. Freelancers confirm the written contract and responsibilities.
The Agree stage turns a chosen proposal into a written agreement. Price, scope, deliverables, dates and included revisions are recorded before work starts, so both sides share one reference.
Written scope
The agreement lists deliverables and what is outside the scope.
Milestones and dates
Larger jobs are split into milestones with dates both sides accept.
Acceptance criteria
The agreement states how the client will judge each deliverable.
Change requests
Any change after agreement is handled through the agreed channel and recorded.
For clients
- Confirm scope, milestones and dates.
- Agree the number of included revisions.
- Record acceptance criteria up front.
For freelancers
- Confirm the contract and your responsibilities.
- Flag dependencies on the client early.
- Use change requests for extra work.
04 / 05
Deliver
Clients review submissions and request agreed revisions. Freelancers submit work and document delivery.
During Deliver the freelancer does the work and keeps the client informed. Submissions, messages and revision requests are recorded against the job, so progress is visible and questions are easy to resolve.
Progress updates
Freelancers share prompt updates on progress, dependencies, delays and requested changes.
Documented submission
Files, outputs or service evidence are submitted through the job record.
Agreed revisions
Clients request the revisions included in the agreement against the acceptance criteria.
Handover
The freelancer explains any handover needs, such as access, files or maintenance notes.
For clients
- Review each submission against the agreement.
- Request included revisions clearly.
- Keep communication in the job record.
For freelancers
- Submit the agreed files or evidence.
- Respond to agreed revisions.
- Document delivery and handover.
05 / 05
Complete
Clients accept work, follow the approved payment process and review. Freelancers confirm completion and give feedback.
In the Complete stage the client accepts the work, the approved payment process is followed and both sides leave honest feedback. The completed job then becomes part of each user's genuine track record.
Acceptance
The client confirms that the deliverables meet the agreed acceptance criteria.
Approved payment process
Payment follows the disclosed route. The 5% fee applies to the completed job value.
Honest reviews
Both sides review the experience. Reviews are linked to this completed job.
Records retained
The agreement, messages and delivery evidence are retained according to documented needs.
For clients
- Accept the completed work.
- Follow the approved payment process.
- Leave an honest review.
For freelancers
- Confirm completion.
- Receive the agreed value less the 5% fee.
- Give feedback on the experience.
